ETHICAL PRINCIPLES OF AMERICAN CHEMICAL ICSA
We consider essential to establish and emphasize principles we have been practicing since our beginning as company, strengthened with following generations.
We want to spread and follow applying these principles intending to develop our activities in a mutual respect and common objectives area conditioned to their application, as “sine qua non” condition to our relationship.

- Not turn away from our effort to actions or participation outside the company that may tarnish its image, causing interest division or doubting the loyal attitude we always have. Not appealing to functional contacts for own or third parties benefits.
- Business must develop with total respect of ethical values, avoiding the slightest suspect of bribe or corruption. Reject all kind of gift or personal attentions reception, as they could generate mistrust in our work that could motivate a favor in return.
- Develop and plan activities consolidating and improving superior security level and environment and human care, key objective of our action.
- In all that our company and its social setting respects, provide human rights in such a way that they are respected also by companies, people and organizations related to us.
- Keep strict confidentiality about intellectual property and strategic information of the company.
By spreading these principles, with your active cooperation, we will be able to achieve its fulfillment.
